Scope of Work
Services provided by Polished By Evstair will be agreed in advance (e.g., standard cleaning, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing or other specialist services).
A cleaning checklist or schedule will be shared with the client before work begins.
Our team will not move heavy furniture, clean hazardous areas, or handle valuables unless agreed in writing.
Access to Property
Clients must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time (keys, entry codes, or someone present).
If our cleaners cannot access the property, the visit may be charged in full.

Liability
Polished By Evstair holds public liability insurance to cover accidental damage.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not suitable for cleaning.
Clients should notify us in advance of fragile or high-value item
