Scope of Work

  • Services provided by Polished By Evstair will be agreed in advance (e.g., standard cleaning, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing or other specialist services).

  • A cleaning checklist or schedule will be shared with the client before work begins.

  • Our team will not move heavy furniture, clean hazardous areas, or handle valuables unless agreed in writing.

Access to Property

  • Clients must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time (keys, entry codes, or someone present).

  • If our cleaners cannot access the property, the visit may be charged in full.

Liability

  • Polished By Evstair holds public liability insurance to cover accidental damage.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not suitable for cleaning.

  • Clients should notify us in advance of fragile or high-value item
