Cancellation & Refund
For regular (ongoing) clients
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If Polished By Evstair cancels, we will provide a full refund, credit, or reschedule at your convenience.
One off clients
A deposit of 50% is required at booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment
Complaint Handling
If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean.
We will arrange for a re-clean of the affected area at no extra cost.
If a re-clean is not possible, we may offer a partial refund or credit, depending on the situation.
Complaints reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for re-clean or refund due to the nature of cleaning services
