Handling/Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund

For regular (ongoing) clients

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • If Polished By Evstair cancels, we will provide a full refund, credit, or reschedule at your convenience.

One off clients

  • A deposit of 50% is required at booking to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment

Complaint Handling

  • If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean.

  • We will arrange for a re-clean of the affected area at no extra cost.

  • If a re-clean is not possible, we may offer a partial refund or credit, depending on the situation.

  • Complaints reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for re-clean or refund due to the nature of cleaning services
